He truly makes unrealistic statements and comes off like something unreal for all intelligent beings even kids.

"I feel I played it a bit wrong, but they also played it wrong. I’ve done an awful lot for the company," McGregor said during the UFC 202 presser at the T-Mobile Arena on Thursday. "I feel I carried 2015 on my back. I feel like the reason there’s a $4.2 billion price tag on the company is because of me. I believe that’s what the Chinese estimate my net worth, at $4.2 billion."

"I feel like I deserve a little bit of leeway, but I have to understand that I didn’t communicate my point well, and that was it. It is what it is, it’s in the past, here we are."

Time's divided between B.C. and A.C. Before Conor and after Conor.

Conor bless.

His promotion in 2015 and the attention he brought to the UFC definitely helped to rise the selling price..

Probably significantly.

the gazelle choked his ass stupid!

Is his humor..

You have megalomania disorder of some sort too. Obsessed with Conor.

Or maybe he knows exactly what to say to incite people like yourself to create threads and keep his brand alive? He is not a dumb dude, he knows his ego is part of his game and what people talk about.

He's without a doubt fond of himself and his contribution to the ufc, but I think it's clear even to the guy himself that he is exaggerating to create new press quotes.

Let's be honest here... UFC had its best year ever in 2015 and 2016 was on its way to being even bigger and this is almost entirely due to one man (with Ronda getting a nod).

If they do sell, it's probably partly to do with them knowing that 2014 wasn't a good year and it's unlikely to get as big as it did in 2015/2016 with Ronda on her way out and Conor possibly getting beat again. And the price they're getting has a lot do with the how big it got in 2015/16. They'd have never got such a price in 2014

So whilst it's obviously a total exaggeration, there's a smidgen of truth in it.

He was a nobody before the UFC. He's helped the value but things like Fox, Reebok, TUF, and PPV buys in the millions happened before and without him. He's only riding on the backs of all the fighters before him. He's done nothing for the value of the UFC or for the exposure of the sport compared to Silva, GSP, Liddell, Jones, Griffin vs Bonnar, Rousey heck even guys like Gracie, Hughes, Penn, Cro Cop, Fedor, the Shamrocks have done more for the UFC/sport. Guys like him and Lesnar just bring in the casuals until they get exposed but it doesn't last and the growth is only possible thanks to all who came before them. Lesnar came to the UFC to find a bigger stage, McGregor cme to the UFC to find a fucking stage at all.

The UFC has been growing continuously since TUF. McGregor is just some wind in their sales, he will pass. All the others before him built the boat, the sail, and got it out to sea. McGregor is nothing without the UFC and the UFC is still growing without him.

Bruh... Its called self promotion. Are people really still surprised by the shit he says? I swear its like people just started watching mma or something.

Had a terrible year in 2014.

It could be that the UFC is selling. And the price they're getting has a lot to do with the year they had in 2015. Which was Conor's year. He then gave them their biggest ever event in early 2016.

The UFC has its "Eras". With Tito and Chuck, with GSP and Brock. But I'm not sure it was ever as hot as it has become with Conor/Ronda.

He has gone from funny and entertaining to annoying. Part of me wants him to win and regain the "anything is possible" aura but another part wants to see Nate kick his ass again so he can shut up.

Before Conor came along these billionaire investors had never even heard of the UFC.

Wrong place to be logical and critical of conor. I like him but Conor is an complete idiot and the fans are even worse degenerates than him.

" conor bless" and the other stupid shit they write.

Conors year was largely due to the UFC giving him a massive push in terms of matchmaking and opponents. Talking big only goes so far it was the UFC who gave him the exposure and the push.

This is silly. They pushed him because they knew he was a star. And he delivered for them every step of the way.
