Amazing to see how his technique has progressed. Night and day. Homie was just swinging for the fences and reluctant to go the ground lol.

If McGregor comes into the fight with Aldo like that he's going to be in for a long night.

It's remarkable to see how much Conor has progressed. Aldo, on the other hand, it appears the scope of weaponry in his tool box has pretty much remained un-grown since his early days. It seems like he is content just putting in hours at the gym, getting hard sparring in and keeping his instruments in tune.

Aldo and Perdeneiras are firm believers in doing the basic very well, what is good thing, but I feel they waste opportunities to add some surprise element.

Aldo and Conor both wore the same shorts for their first fight... GOATS.

2007 Ammy McGregor would beat 2015 Professional Pendred, seriously.

I must disagree, Aldo's technique did improve in a few ways.
Maybe the "jump" wasnt as big as it was with Mcgregor though.

Aldo didnt use to have such good stiff jab, for example. And his grappling certianly has improved too.

And yet still you can see a lot of elements that stayed with him. Hands low, relying on controlling the distance, and knocking motherfuckers out.

Aldo has looked like a new fighter technically since he fought Edgar. You're goddamn nuts.
