I’m sure we all (mostly) remember a time when we enjoyed Conor’s fights and even his antics. Clearly he’s gone from a once divisive figure involved in exciting fights with bags of potential, to mainly a figure of derision and a somewhat embarrassing waste of talent.

But when did it turn for you?

For me it was the mink coat from the Alvarez conference, the attempt at rapping and the chair flinging shenanigans. After the heart he showed with the Diaz loss and rematch he turned out to be an even bigger cockwomble than I had anticipated.

Thoughts?

Conor McGregor was never my friend.

The moment he accepted the Boxing fight.

Sometime in the last 500 days.

But next time he comes out to foggy dew draped in the tricolour I'll be right back to cheering for him. Really the fighting pride of ireland

Get a life people...

Ffs this place has always been vacuous...

I've always hated his idiot fans but i'd say he kinda turned me off when he started holding up divisions. His pathetic little fans try to justify it but it doesn't make sense to me

When he didn't come to my birthday party. I cried for days. Nice to see I'm not alone here.

A few weeks after the Mayweather fight when he did the whole “you gotta beg me to come back” bullshit is when I kinda stopped caring.

Doesn’t mean I won’t watch him fight when he eventually does. But I’m a lot more confident about the UFC succeeding without him than I used to be.

Whenever he turned into a cokehead, cheater with a new born baby, who does nothing but glorify money and possessions and doesn't defend his titles but posts unoriginal insults on twitter.

I still find him entertaining and would probably be starstruck if I met him. But yeah. Wellthereitis.gif

didnt liked him the first time I saw him and still same feelings

I don’t think he is as good as everyone thinks he is. 99% of his wins are over smaller fighters and he avoids the elite ones that are his size and larger.

He talks a lot with very little action.

I heard that he doesn't like my favorite tv show impractical jokers.

fuck him

I used to think that he's good for the sport since he brings in so many eyeballs.. and is an excellent fighter no doubt.

But somewhere along the way, i lost respect for him when he never fucking fights, and clogged up the most exciting division. Now im just annoyed whenever he tweets something related to fighting. Just fight dude.

Probably when he got shit loads of praise for being TKOed by a 40 year old (2 yr) retired boxer who hadn't legitimately KO/TKOed someone since Ricky Hatton 10 years previous (The Victor Ortiz one doesn't count).

I am not even saying this was a bad result (for a guy with No boxing experience) but it wasn't great.

he hasnt...... and he wont

When he started holding up 2 divisions.

I also disliked the fact that he never gave Aldo his rematch, but the UFC played a big role in that too, not sure if I can blame Mcgregor for that.

When he started shilling for that awful burger joint:
