It was special the first time. Not so much the third.
 
and some people actually thought that he would face the winner of Khabib-Ferguson


nate diaz triology makes more money than fighting Ferguson and probably also than fighting Khabib,also the risk is way lower in losing the fight.


If he takes this fight he haves to vacate(he should to a lot of time ago but we all know how these things started to work since in a time)..
 
how does this fight make more money?? i mean im sure theyll both get paid better than fergie or khabib by far but no one wants to see this shit.. we want a title fight. conor vs one of the 2. diaz can fuck off and stay retired.. fucking use to like him but now hes just waiting to ride conors coattails.. no interest in really fighting like conor.

casual fans would want to see their "third epic battle to set who is the better man"

casuals dont know who Ferguson is and only some of them Know Khabib because he is undefeated and also his beef with Conor

Casuals are the majority of ppl who buys ppv´s to watch their "athlete Superstar"

I sure hope he fights winner of Khabib Tony. But if he gets stripped and fights Diaz, I'm sure it would be an easy sell.

I'm not a casual, but Ferguson/Khabib is one of the few UFC PPVs I'd buy.
 
Only in MMA, can you have:

a perennial gate keeper with a record of 4-4 in the past 5 years (6 years by the time the fights made)

vs a former champ with no title defenses whose 2-1 in the past 2 years (3 years by the time the fights made)

and it's called a "special fight"
 
I don't give a fuck about titles. Just good fights.
McDiaz 2 was a cracking fight and really enjoyable.

Are you all so full of bitterness that you don't think a third would be a great match up?

I agree with you. I won't watch Khabib vs Ferg, but I'll read the result in the morning and be on here letting everyone know how Conor will KTFO the winner.
 
fight makes no sense to happen unless conor loses his next fight

because a third fight with nate will sell anyway

I think it's gonna look somewhat like the previous fights. Nate's gonna walk forward with no gameplan and repeatedly point at Conor and Conor is eventually gonna gas in the 2nd or 3rd.
