    Guardian Sport link
    Article link

It's good to see an MMA article on the front of the sports page of a major news site like this.

The article itself doesn't say much of anything new but it's a good read anyway if you're a Conor fan. I haven't read the comments yet but I imagine there's some anti-MMA people there.

    Never heard of it.
Main stream MMA was pretty anti-climactic. It kind of just slid in there

I'm American but even I know that The Guardian is a big name site. It's now a .com domain because the old one, theguardian.co.uk, redirects to the new .com domain. It's the UK's 16th most popular domain (site), in America it's ranked 105th and globally it's ranked in the top 150 sites at 144th according to Alexa.

Yeah, it's a UK thing. I forgot to clarify, sorry.

It's one of the respected broadsheet newspapers in the UK, and their site is the most popular newspaper site in the UK. They're one of the biggest news sources for soccer, and have the most popular soccer podcast too Football Weekly.

It's very good exposure for UFC in the UK to be on the front of the Guardian sport page.
