Not really....WWE is mainly filled with manlets now. Its targeted fan base goes wild over these manlets. Gone are the days of guys looking like Hogan and The Rock with their sherdogger physiques.

Mostly because guys like Hogan weren't actually very good. Sure they could hype up promos. But once the bell rang they were average to terrible. Even the rock wasn't the greatest. The audience today likes seeing good match quality. And you usually don't get that with juiced up 300 lbers.

The difference is between guys like Hogan and Rock and the guys of today is they actually were draws and could work a crowd in ways that todays roster could only dream of. Nobody cares if you know 1000 holds or etc...todays product is honestly the most bland and uninspired product in all of television. Im sure Nostalgia plays a part in overrating some of the stars from back then but this era is as bland as its ever been when its come to producing larger than life characters. Conor with his whit and charisma would run circles around todays wwe roster...its a joke.
