Conor have a better UFC career than Khabib

Conor have better record? No, Conor no have better record.

But Khabib didn't avenge the Tibau loss whatsoever.

Conor has more ranked wins in non-title fights than Khabib does. He finished #5 Poirier, finished #10 Siver, decisioned #5 Nate, finished #5 Cowboy. Khabib decisioned #5 RDA, finished #6 Johnson, decisioned #4 Barboza. Very arguable that Khabib has worse top ranked wins outside of title fights.

Crazy that you're argument here is devoid of title fights. Almost like you're finding away to praise McGregor for never defending a title...

And the Tibau comment was just bitter fanboy shit... By that logic Conor is 0-2 against Nate. Put on his running shoes for the past two rounds and saved by the bell in the 3rd... Majority decision, lol

your insinuation that Khabib at 155 is the same as Conor at 145 is ridiculous. Khabib is a natural 155er, and not a big one at that. Took him a bit to get his diet in order, that's all.

Also, say what you will, but being stripped of two belts for not defending either is a huge black mark on Conor's record. He chased the biggest money and congrats to him for making so much money. But it 100% takes away from his resume. You're kidding yourself if you think it doesn't.

Conor clearly has the much more entertaining career - hence why he is much more popular.

Khabib is a better fighter though.

Conor is currently at #2 in GOAT list. Khabib is not even in top 5.

"The array of finishes, across 2 divisions, with champion status in 1, Anderson Silva is No.1 MMA GOAT," said McGregor.

McGregor, who has a 22-4 record in MMA, claims his "champion status" in two UFC divisions - featherweight and lightweight - is enough to secure him second place behind former middleweight champion Silva.

"My array of finishes, across 3 divisions, with champion status in 2, I'm No.2. If not tied one.

McGregor's top four is rounded out by former middleweight and welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre and current light heavyweight belt-holder Jon Jones.

He added that had he taken into account failed drugs tests while determining his rankings, he would have installed himself at the top.

Silva and Jones have both tested positive for banned substances during their career.

"I didn't mention PED results on multiple entrants, even though that makes me the clear current No.1 MMA GOAT, along with still being active," said McGregor.

"Although it shames, as well as puts all runs and finishes in complete doubt, I've snored multiple juice heads. A true GOAT must do it all."

HAHAHAHAH,this guy again.
Have you recovered after the fact that Gaethje wasnt able to KTFO Habib?
Now you're back to Conor i see. Lmfao

You could actually compare their resumes if they wouldn’t have fought each other. Khabib is definitely in the lead because he beat Conor. Conor’s achievements are often overlooked because of his persona. His resume is very good and I consider him top10 goat, but Khabib is definitely top5 and maybe even top3 or the GOAT, depending on the criteria

Imagine being 1-1 with NATE DIAZ, going life and death in the rematch with him. Muh Conor is da best doe!
Conor went up 2 weight classes the first time, so that’s really something to be ashamed of. Also styles make fights. Nate is very difficult opponent for Conor because of his length, endurance and durability.
Nate would probably lose to Gaethje or Poirier, yet Conor would most likely smoke them in two rounds

Conor probably wins a rematch
Conor would do fuck all, it wasnt even close the first time. Conor had his best camp ever and still got humiliated. Give the bullshit trolling a rest.
If Conor wasnt such a cheating dog he would have lost in the second.

What real welterweight has Conor fought?

Khabib knew he'd lose to Usman so he called out a guy in his 40s who hasnt fought for years.

Khabib should have at least given Conor a rematch.

Conor should have at least earned a rematch. Conor has already been "given" two title fights at LW...the only two LW matches he's fought, I might add. Maybe it's time he actually earned something at LW?

The two of them went in different ways about their careers. Conor has the most success while Khabib has a better legacy in the LW division.

first of all kabib has only 3 title defenses and second, yes, of course to beat a long-time champ who is goat status is better than a win over a real estate agent who wasnt even in the top10. moreover, going up in the category to beat the champ is again more impressive than having 3 title defenses in 3 years against people who styllisticly totally fit you. only trolls could argue otherwise

Khabib easily, and if you say otherwise you're either a noob or a conor nuthugger.

I'm not arguing that Conor has the greater legacy in terms of sport, though I think it's close. I want to respond to your second paragraph, because you can say a lot of the same things about Khabib...

Khabib hasn't always looked peerless. You even mentioned the Tibau fight. True, Conor didn't emphatically avenge the Nate loss. But Khabib didn't avenge the Tibau loss whatsoever.

Khabib has also avoided a lot of tough stylistic matchups. I think he'd have been in trouble had he fought Gaethje earlier. He's not fighters who can stop his takedowns or defend against the pressure. Tony Ferguson, Jorge Masvidal, Kevin Lee, Gregor Gillespie. And I guarantee he wouldn't risk fighting Usman or Covington.

Why would Khabib need to avenge the Tibau fight? He won x3 30-27s in what is seen as his most competitive fight.

Its a bit hypocritical to query Khabibs competition and then eulogise Conor's CV. He was protected from grapplers and fed guys who would stand with him. Brandao, Poirier, Siver, Cerrone. Even Diaz was expected to bang. UFC invested far too much in Conor to let him get Fitch'd.

Khabib has fought grapplers, strikers and wrestlers. I'm not sure why an earlier Gaethje would do better, since he kept getting dropped in his early UFC run until he learned patience. The only style he hasn't fought is a submission specialist like Ferreira or Oliveira. I don't think he'd be afraid of one though. Also it's not accurate to say he has avoided Ferguson. He's signed contracts to fight him what 5 times? And how can he avoid Usman & Colby if they're not in his weight class?

I don't remember Poirier being #5 when Conor beat him but he could well have been. Cerrone's ranking though was seriously inflated and was coming off 2 losses.

Pay attention. Look at the post I was responding to. If my argument WASN'T devoid of title fights, then I wouldn't be responding to the guy I quoted.

No bitterness or fanboy bias here. Here's the explanation for Khabib/Gleison. Here's the explanation for Conor/Nate.

Different types of greatness. Conor becoming champ champ was amazing and Khabib defending the belt and beating Conor was amazing too.

Conor has 12 ufc fights, 8 finishes.
Khabib 13 ufc fights 7 finishes.

khabin beat Conor decisively, finished him, and defended the belt a of couple times
Conor got 2 belts never defended ether

khabib fought all comers never cherry picked
Conor cherry picked Diaz, Cerone and was begging to fight old man Diego Sanchez.
Both careers are good tbh, but Khabib is slightly better as he is undefeated and beat the man who’s career we are comparing to.
