Conor's following is very cult like. The way Conor lost to 10 days camp Diaz (who fought mostly at 155) is very telling. Nate is a decent fighter (19-10) but was never a top 5 or real title contender in any division he fought.
Conor would have trouble with any of the top 10 WWs and top 5 LWs.

You give too much of a shit about stats. Stats, rankings, etc. don't mean as much in MMA or boxing than in other sports. There isn't a regular schedule and sports structure like there is for other sports, because fighters can't fight every week regularly for health reasons. Just look at fighters' skills

This is the issue I see, McGregor's fans are cult like, however the people that give him shit are just as bad.
He made a big error jumping up in weight, he is the FW champion and should stay there, where he may dominate for the next few years.
Of course he will struggle to beat top 5 LW and WW, all top 5 LW and WW would struggle to beat the others.

Secondly, even if he defended the 145 belt 4 times that is no comparison to the four greats, GSP, Silva, Jones, and Fedor. Do you even comprehend that the newest member of that group, Bones is 9-0 in title fights and that for McGregor to even get where Bones is would take years of never losing?
