Conor eating non stop to make 170

Hes trying to make weight to fight Ronda at ufc 200
 
He should ask for advice from Hendricks.

Guy takes all comers and always looks for the KO. why so much hate? Is it because he's good at selling the fight?

Well, they did ask Khabib, they offered him the fight. Khabib accepted and they went with Nate instead. Why ask him if you don't want him to fight? Unless of course you expect him to decline and then you're gonna use that against him publicly and throw him under the bus the way Dana did with Aldo and Frankie. They declined and he immediately threw them under the bus. Khabib accepted and we don't hear shit from Dana, they don't give him the fight. Conor also confirmed during the presser that he wanted to fight Nate (only).

Don't get me wrong, I don't blame Conor. It's the smart thing to do. He would have had MAJOR problems beating Khabib with a full camp, but with no preparation (he was preparing for a striker) he would stand no chance whatsoever. Look how Mendes manhandled him, the easy takedowns, how he beat up Conor on the ground, had him in the cruzifix and kept punching him in the face, the guy was helpless. And Khabib is like 5 times of that Mendes.

Conor did what's best for him, pick the guy he knows he can beat the easiest out of the options he had. And the UFC gave Nate the fight because they don't want to deal with Khabib being champ, the top dog. They know about his injuries, he's not the biggest draw on the planet either. It's just a nightmare to have a guy like that as your champ (see Cain, Jon Jones). Conor is as reliable as it gets, he's never injured, the guy puts asses in seats, he's pulling the UFC out of that shit hole they were in a couple years ago before he blew up when all they had was Ronda really. I understand why they want Conor to be the face of the company, just like they did with GSP.

Is there a source that the UFC asked him to fight? I just recall threads here where Khabib said he wanted the fight, and the UFC said no. I haven't looked far into it and don't have a bias about it. If they did ask him to fight, and later said no, it could be because they preferred the Nate fight, which from what Nate alludes to, it sounds like the case. I heard Frankie on Ariel's MMA hour and he said back at 189 he was asked and agreed to fighting Conor, but Mendes got the fight, so this has happened before.

Wouldn't surprise me at all he looks like he weighs about 160-165 lbs tops. Contrary to sherdogger belief he looks pretty scrawny with chicken legs. He isn't a large framed person.

Well that's bullshit. WW is 156-170 and he's been on the high end of that or over for all of his FW fights. He was just avoiding giving a specific answer.
