Conor could face 4 to 7 years in prison

No jail. His biggest problem is being banned from the US.

Lol @ thinking a multi millionaire white guy is being sent to jail for just an assault charge

not unless he gets tried as a poor black man, otherwise he isn't spending a day in jail

Mayweather was put in prison a few times and had to do tons of community service, but of course his crimes were much worse with the wife beatings. Although the kick on the bouncer incident still got him in prison for 100 days or whatever it was. Money talks a lot, but its still possible for sure.

I reckon he will just have to pay lots of fines and will be ordered to do community service.

Yup. It's not like rich and/or famous people have never ever spent a day in jail in the whole history of the US legal system.

Rule no. 1 in America- Rich people never go to prison.

You should add "almost" never go to prison. You got Martha fucking Stewart going to prison. Even the great Floyd Mayweather Jr had to spend a few months in the can. Easy time for sure, but sometimes, rich people do go to prison.

Conor’s son being raised by a pathetic cokehead. Child services is in order. Keep Conor away from that kid.

I doubt he serves any jail time, but it's gonna cost him some cash and let's hope he's at least humbled by the aftermath. If not, there's no chance for him.

Nothing but HARD TIME

Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree - New York Penal Law 145.05

While Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree allows prosecutors to "bump up" the Fourth Degree offense to a Third Degree crime in certain circumstances, the important provision of this section is as follows:

Pursuant to New York Penal Law 145.05(2), if you intentionally damage property of another as described above and the damage exceeds $250, but is no greater than $5,000, then you are guilty of this crime.

NY Penal Law section 145.05 is an "E" felony punishable by up to four years in state prison.

Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree - New York Penal Law 145.10

Like the lower level offenses, the language of Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree is the same. That is, if you damage the property of another without permission or authority, you are guilty of this crime. If that damage exceeds $5,000 in value, you are guilty of this offense.

NY Penal Law section 145.10 is a "D" felony punishable by up to seven years in state prison.

The key phrase..."could get". you have to realize, that is the maximum penalty for guys that had multiple arrests...first time offenders never get the maximum...he will get a fine...and that is all...

Heard Dana talking his shit but not at all believe him.

This isn't the first time the Mcmuppet pushed boundaries, from throwing monster cans to jumping over cages to fight referees.

So what makes this situation any different? Dana really don't give a damn about those fighters on the bus since they're not attention seeking cash cows like Mcmuppet. I bet you if that was another fighter fucking up the bus he would've gotten fired on the spot.

At the end of the day, UFC cares about money and will protect the Mcmuppet at all costs. Watch.

Considering the injuries to completely uninvolved bystanders, he 100% should do time. Hell, if Borg's eyes are fucked up, Conor could have ruined his career.

It won't happen. Stop kidding yourself.

It's doubtful he'll spend any time in jail. He could, but certainly not four to seven years.

He has no priors in the US. He'll have good lawyers. He'll plead down. Etc. He'll likely pay a fine, do some community service, and perhaps spend a token stint in a soft cushy jail where the inmates will vie with each other for his attention. That's about it.

The real killer for Conor will be the civil suits, I expect. But even that I'm not sure about. Perhaps the fighters most hurt by this incident don't feel comfortable taking Conor to trial for money over the kind of incident some of them probably did in their hometowns before they became semi-famous UFC fighters.

Conor will do

- no time
- settle with the lawsuit &
- KO Khabib in R1

Agreed.

But he is on thin ice. He has basically forfeit any leverage he had with the UFC at this point.
