time served and a 1k fine.
And i had a public pretender.

I'm not proud of the things I've done in the past but don't act like he's going to jail forever.

Exactly, that is what a Class B felony is. First Degree Assault or Assault on a known peace officer or kid. With a weapon, that could kill someone. Charging at people with a huge metal dolly intent on hurting them fits the bill. Weather he buys his way out to something less with his fame or money will be interesting to watch.
