No one actual believes that right?

But if he wants to have any hope of getting close to that number, he's gonna have to sell his soul to Floyd, Manny, and Canelo. The CTE won't be worth it....

what I'll never understand are Conor fans feeling so good & prideful that he's so rich.

as if his success makes their days less stressful/lives that much easier. where they'd use this as an argument, as if it were their own accomplishment.

If he was being paid comparably to Boxers in terms of percentage of revenue

80 million wouldn't be crazy at all.

His star power is comparable to a peak floyd

But it seems doubtful the UFC would give those kind of percentages

That said, you never know. After Floyd, Conor made enough money to retire on.

Realistically he could just sit out forever and have all the leverage because he doesnt need to fight anymore. It's possible the WME caved and gave him what he asked for. Conor had been fighting to be paid his worth since the Eddie fight.

    We really dont know

People need to understand though, with the kind of Revenue Conor brings in each fight, 80 million isnt crazy at all. Floyd was getting 100 mil guaranteed from showtime.

He could also be factoring endorsements and other things on the side as well

Guess people forget how many companies sponsor Conor and the businesses he has. Proper 12 might be cheap whiskey but it's a celebrity endorsed product for under $30 so it still sells well. My buddy owns a liquor store and it's selling really well right now for upcoming fight. Tbh it's just Jameson that's not as smooth.

Seems more like the opposite to me

    Hes investing

In alcohol, clothing and other things

He could still end up like that but historically rich athletes who've held onto their wealth have made smart business investments

Sure, buddy. You were dominated in your title shot, 40 year old Floyd laughed at your power, and you’re fighting an aging journeyman, who you may not even beat.

Guys like A Rod etc who have actually signed 250M plus million contracts, are not even billionaires, but you’re going to be. I guess your fans will eat it up, so why not bullshit some more.
