If he does not want his 2nd lose in a row.Agree? He can even say that Aldo had been a dominant champ for years and years and DESERVES a rematch. Agree?

I think aldo is a tougher match than Frankie. He's bigger, has good wrestling & better jitz & way more dangerous striking. Frankie is so much smaller & so hittable that I think he needs to do his best chael sonnen impression to beat Conor but I would love to see either man get a shot at Conor.

Connor aint gettin anymore handpicked fights. Edgar will likely be next, unless for some odd reason UFC goes with the guy he already KO'd in 13 seconds in order to build his name back. I like his chances against any 145er tho, he's massive for the weight and has ridiculous power for the division. Frankies a tough fight for anyone but he's a lil guy and if theres one thing Connor is great at its beating on smaller fighters.

Frankie will likely pot shot and move and try to get it to the ground then its all over. but at 145 connor does have that great equalizer of 1pko power. Interested to see where this guy goes from here now that his aura is shattered.

I agree. I see him asking for a Aldo rematch because he already beat him and he matches up better to his style. Frankie has all the tools that will give Conor trouble: good chin, boxing, wrestling and cardio for days. I think seeing Conor lose the way he did just gives Frankie even more confidence now.

I think Aldo would still be a bigger fight and what most fans want. Frankie does not sell seats and him and him and conor don't a rivalry. I think they are both dangerous for Conor.

I refuse to post anything constructive when Conor's name is spelt wrong.

You're an idiot.

I'm curious as to where you found your source that the fans want to see Conor fight Aldo again before Frankie. Unless you mean Conor fans that don't want to see Conor fight Frankie.

Actually it really doesn't matter. Either Aldo or Frankie will beat him. I prefer it be Aldo who smashes and subs Conor though.

I agree that the rematch of Aldo vs Conor is the best.

No source just my own opinion hence the "I think" part.

Conor will most likely try to avoid both Aldo and Frankie TBH.

For some odd reason the UFC gave Cain a rematch against JDS. If that rematch never happened then everybody would still think JDS was the better fighter and JDS would still be gloating over that win. But now we know JDS doesn't have anything for Cain 9 out of 10 times.

Hint: Cain was always the better fighter.

So hittable that he has the second best defense statistics in his division and hasn't been hit hard for about 4 years.

Fans have gone through the Conor vs. Aldo shtick, twice—we're tired of that.

The way I see it is that a smart, composed, best Aldo is a tougher matchup for Conor than Frankie just because he's bigger, longer - has a wider striking arsenal and is better on the ground with good enough wrestling to get the fight there. However seeing how he handled the last fight and Conor getting into his head and already beating him before - I just don't think we will see that Aldo in a Conor fight. At least with Frankie you know that probably wont be a problem and he has a good chance of beating Conor anyway

The fuck on earth does that have to do with anything? HW was always wide open, that rematch was stupid too. They only did it cuz Cain was a marketable figter for them, Aldo isn't. Thus him getting shafted. ya Aldo deserves a rematch under UFC's insta-rematch policy but Frankies next in line. Only reason UFC would give him aldo again is because he already beat him and they figure he'll do it again and get some buzz back after getting shit on by Nate Diaz. The Aldo rematch is almost impossible to sell to the casual idiot who buys Connor ppv's at this point, and thats what matters to em. Not that Aldo was dominant champ and hadnt lost ina decade.

Aldo has better TD accuracy than both Frankie and Chad (and Jones and DC and Cain and Hendricks etc). He always shoots takedowns on strikers and in his last two fights against strikers had a 7/8 success rate. He's also in the top 5 in the entire sport when it comes to masterful top game, far superior to Chad Mendes.

He's also not a bad striker when he plays his own game instead of flying in recklessly.

I love Conor but let's be real, he got off easy the first time. He should stay as far from Aldo as possible.

And we've seen 13 seconds of fighting between them. Lots of us wonder how a longer fight pans out. Especially after his loss to RNC yesterday.
