Confused about Sparring

Just bang, bro.

This, basically. We were all new to sparring when we started and we all felt that same way :)

Then, to be a bit more specific, I would give you the following advice (from a boxer, not MT guy, but it works the same): Don't bother trying to land combos and stuff at the start. Keep it simple. Work your timing and distance and footwork, and try to land some jabs or whatever is the MT equivalent (teeps?). Then, build gradually from there, and sooner than you think you will be a pretty decent fighter.

Just keep going, and do not give up!

Yep. If new to sparring, just sparring more. Just throwing won't do, you need to learn timing, rhythm, how to think about your opponents, and make them think about what you're doing too.

Thanks for all your inputs guys!:D Im not new to sparring, ive been sparring for about a year or 2 its just i had a "break" from combat sports and its almost like rebooting an old computer haha, but ill bare these tips in mind.
