Conditioning Help

I was wondering if anyone out there has any great conditioning routines. I am getting bored of jogging & biking. I have a heavy bag & a double end bag that I use about three days a week, I use that by trying to simulate actual 3-5 min rounds. If anyone has any other routines I can do @ my house, let me know...

Ever look at rosstraining.com? quality stuff with lots of variety, the monthly challenge sticky should also give you some ideas of things to incorporate
 
Plyos. Standing jumps, box jumps, jump rope, bear crawls and for added work you can add a weighted vest.
