i lift mon.wen,fri.

and between boxing,judo,bjj,and mma train each day.

i want to do some conditioning tuesday and thursday what would be better? crossfit,or a "box-fit" type class.
 
Go for a jog. You're probably getting lots of anaerobic interval type training with the MA training so you could probably benefit from some aerobic training. Plus it won't be too taxing which is good since you already have a pretty full schedule.
 
My conditioning exercises include

HIIT on the C2 Rower

Barbell Complexes

Prowler 50 M runs
 
sprints, jogging, burpees etc. crossfit would be like adding a completely other workout to your already busy schedule. sometimes less is more.
 
I second sprints or burpees. Something intense but easy to fit into a busy schedule.
 
I gotta agree with the good doctor. Some LSD to increase your aerobic capacity would probably do you some good.
 
I'd recommend jumping on the bed while beating off.
