Conditioning for grappling tournaments

I want to start doing Jiu-Jitsu tournaments next month and i was wondering what type of conditioning i should do?
 
try this out for starters. i like this routine to prep for a tournament. do 15 squat jump burpees, roll for five minutes, and repeat that 6 times, then finish it by rolling till someone taps or quits and that person has to do 30-50 squat jump burpees. the penalty at the end will make you push harder for a finish instead of just hanging on till time runs out.
