Barely been deadlift, but put 15kg on my squat PR in two weeks so hoping to see some carryover down the line.

Haven't DL'd in a few months now, hoping that the fore arm injury would go away. It finally did only to obtain a new injury on my shoulder (which has always been injured) and neck. The neck is a new one for me and I can basically do no pulling exercises.

Sorry to disappoint.
