Just wondering do u think i need to ease into it ealry or go at it full on Sean Sherk style. Personally I wanna be in great shape (and Ill need to be) but I dont wanna overtrain.

Ill be doin BJJ classes 4 times a week, wrestling twice and then thai and boxing once each to ikeep tickin over and for some extra cardio.

Liftin full body on saturdays and then basically cardio on my lunchbreaks in work.

I also wanna keep up my conditioning from now on after the comp so im not goin from scratch, waht level do u try to keep between competitions?!

I would start easy and ramp it up to the competition. You don't want to peak too early, also don't make every workout intense. You'll need to have some easy workouts between the intense workouts or you will overtrain and burnout. Hense the term leaving my fight in the gym comes to play. After your competition, a good base cardio will do because your skill training will also play a roll in your cardio stamina. Good Luck on your competition.

get infinite intensity. its only a 50 day program, but you WILL be fit by the end of it.
+1 Normally I don't like cookie cutter routines, but based on the information we don't have about you, the amount of time it would take to come up with a custom routine, and how long you have to prepare, I say go with infinite intensity. Its a good supplement made for people training to fight 4-6 times a week.

P.s i trained HARD tonight and feel great now. i sucked for the last few rounds, as in i nearly got guillotined by a guy id be embarrassed to be tapped by......just goees to show how shit u become when ur gas goes.

That's the worst feeling, when you gas and you are still in the fight. You feel so helpless and just want the bell to ring.
