I train BJJ, MT and MMA. I can only train BJJ 3 times a week and want to compete but some guys train 12 times a week. It makes me feel like the odds are stacked against me.
How xan I compensate for limited training time? I can strength train and roll with wrestlers at another gym. Any other suggestions?

Thanks

Most that you can do is make sure you are in the best condition possible. It will be nearly impossible to get real good technique on your own. Just go over basics with friends that roll, and get your strength and conditioning up to a level above your comp. If they are training 12 times a week they can't be doing much else workout wise. That would be rough on the body.
