here's the last few days just to get things rolling in here.. 12/29/2012 - BJJ class, creepy purple belt was subbing for the teacher. He taught us the Darce and Anaconda from sprawling on a turtled opponent details: once you get the over under grip you can go for either choke depending which way they pull your arm... for the darce you push them onto their side and the use chest/shoulder pressure to finish... for the anaconda you slide one knee under them and the other leg wraps around their back. no gator roll in this version. _______________________________________________________________________ 12/30/2012 - -fast jog for 10 minutes -Muscleups (sets) 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 9 TOTAL - 54 - 25 Bodyweight rows ____________________________________________________________ 12/31/2012 morning BJJ class.. Garth was teaching and we went over a guard pass that he calls "High - Low" details: Starts with Knee-slide pass, when they block the knee then you grip their pants at the knee on their leg that is dead.., then sprawl on that leg while underhooking the other and pushing it up... head goes across the body to the other side... then switch hands on the pants grip and hop over the dead leg into side mount ..if they scoop your head and push it back across their body then just pass the other way, double-under style, around the leg that is underhooked.
thanks. Happy new Year! Yes i am very light for my height (almost 5'10), i usually fluctuate between 140-150 lbs, closer to 140 now because i havent been lifting heavy in months. in fact, most people don't believe me when i tell them my weight... i guess it's time to fill out my frame.
