How on Earth has Nevada not adopted the "new" rules which are already old rules by now?!?! I know UFC promotes Las Vegas as the fight capital of the world, but it really is the fight capital of the world. It should have been one of the first states to adopt the rules.

I don't understand the hold up. It's not like they're allowing fights to the death now and they have opposition to it. It sounds like they're just lazy idiots.

The NSAC are the most incompetent, unprofessional government body i've ever seen....

They dont give a shit about combat sports....they likely get ther positions as a kickback for political favors......

It's a lot more than that. If one hand is down, kicks to the head are allowed to get rid of that BS that always happens. Also, easier to score a 10-8 round which makes the fights way more interesting.
