I don't think that's official & Woodley has already said he may pull out since Leon doesn't think he's a good rapper.

Woodley has very little motivation to fight. He didn’t want Usman either, but since he lost his belt in a disgraceful fashion he wants a rematch. The only fight he wants is Colby.

The only way it wouldn't make sense hypothetically is if Tyron beats Leon and Conor beats Cowboy and Conor opts for the Masvidal matchup right after which may leave Tyron/Usman 2 but that's super hypothetical though.
