Personally I remember more Colby one liners but Strickland did cook Izzy.

Colby rehearses his trash talk and still is terrible at it. Sean by a mile the guy isn't the brightest bulb but he can actually speak somewhat naturally.

They both are the embodiment of white trash, and as such, they are necessarily a scourge to society. The only good thing about them is when you can get rid of them, which seems to be sooner than later with their lame and boring performances.

Sean will be on a downward trajectory after losing that fight; everyone knows how to beat him now. I can see him losing a bunch of boring fights after this and getting increasingly desperate with these attention seeking stunts he does over and over.

Sean needs real help and doesn't have the insight to know he needs it. He's the worst drama queen in MMA right now.

Neither of them will have any lasting fan appeal; Colby's is over, and Sean's will follow after he loses some more.
