Well since going on his run he hasn't lost to anybody besides the champ. Can't call somebody a gatekeeper when they only lose to the champ and put up a really good fight as well. Gatekeepers are more like Matt Brown, Jim Miller etc.. People are way too quick to label somebody a gatekeeper. I'd say even Cerrone wasn't a gatekeeper until very recently.

Actually agree with Colby here. Conors career has really become a joke and Conor talking about fighting the top guys at 170 is ridiculous.

Colby went into full panic mode when Usman slept Jorge in 2 rounds. You could literally see it in his face in real time during the event.

He was praying that fight was going to be a 5 round blanket party decision for "Snoozeman". But instead Usman did something to Masvidal that even the biggest Colby fanboy would have never put money on Covington doing.

Covington's narrative and best potential excuse for the next TS got slept as hard as Street Jesus at UFC 261.
