As far as Cody is concerned, you're right, his Chin is not good enough to keep him at the top of the division with strikers like TJ, and Marlon at the top. Cody's in purgatory now.

edit: He comes from a boxing background, he just let his emotions get the better of him. Not sure who you would be placing above him but from a boxing perspective, yeah, I have him as a top guy.

I'm not making excuses bc TJ did what he had to do to win. But i still believe cody can beat tj. He's just got to stop abandoning his gam plan. He got wild and impatient and got caught.....again. He didnt seem emotional to me until after they traded punches for the first time and he got a little stunned, i guess that made everything come back to the surface for him cause he started winging haymakers after that

Cody would have probably won both fights if he just let things flow instead of trying to force the knock out. Both fights when he's just in there flowing doing his thing he's caught TJ hard and both fights soon after he connects he gets cocky and dropped.

Yeah, it just goes to show exactly how effective the mental warfare aspect of the game is. Cody's hands are insanely fast and it's a pleasure to watch, the dude could have ruled this division for a long time, but his mental strength doesn't match his physical.
