No Love should lose this fight unless he wants to be Cruz's next alpha male victim

He looks so technical there, but when he fights it's all haymakers and mayhem, but hey it works. The kid is fast.

Garbrandt beats Mizugaki but there's no way in hell he beats Cruz.

It's a good step up for Cody, Mizugaki is by far the best wrestler he has fought, but more importantly he is a lot more experianced.

Father Time is undefeated and untied particularly in combat sports. Barring Cruz retiring in a timely fashion, he will lose to someone before its all over. Anderson Silva was a world beater for awhile and then he wasn't. Weidman went in there thinking he could beat the man and he did. GSP had a series of injuries and won a controversial split decision over Hendricks and then retired. These 2 fighters were probably the most dominant fighters in the recent era with perhaps the exception of Jones who I'm not mentioning due to his young age and multiple suspensions.

Cody hits very hard and he has the potential to demolish Cruz. The question is when do they fight? If they fight right now, I would favor Cruz because of his ability to avoid damage and score enough to win rounds. If they fight 2 years from now, I might favor Cody and I might predict a violent ending for Cruz.

This is a bull shit match up. Mizugaki is 1-2 in his last 3 fights, and chinny is fuck. Why isn't Garbrandt fighting someone ranked above him like Lineker or Carraway? Or even Dodson. He'll probably even get a title shot if he wins. He's privileged because he is a TAM member and those guys are buddies with White and Fertitta. If Dillashaw was still with them he would've gotten a direct rematch with Cruz, and now you'll see he even gets passed by by this dude.

I hope "No Love" wins so the world can see the difference between a p4p elite and a reckless brawler in his next fight. Air hooks and temper tantrums for dayzzz should he fight Cruz.

All I know about this kid is, you better be quick to get him on the ground or you are just done. Those hands are deadly period.

He doesn't even need to train. All he needs to do is go for the knockout. Mizugaki is done after that.

Say what you will about Cody "no love" (please, say something disparaging) but he looks exceptional here. Everything is on point offensively. The guy is a killer in the cage.

Better take his ass to the ground. We haven't really seen him being the nail either, so there's that.

People act like mizugaki is a can because he lost to two of the top grapplers in the division.

I got mizugaki via decision. If he can stop Cody's left hook, then Cody has nothing.

He's really good in the pocket. At first I was indifferent about his technique the way he threw his hooks from the waist but it really works for him and his footwork is good enough. He's a KO fighter and that will always be a threat.

It's a winnable fight for Cruz but a winnable fight for Cody as well.

Mizu is going to get slept.
