Cody Garbrandt schools Dominick Cruz in this gif

Can't wait to see MMA fans hate on Garbrandt for being cocky like they did on Anderson and every other black fighter who did stuff like this....oh wait...Garbrandt is white so it won't happen...:(

Get the fuck out of here with that race baiting bullshit

did we watch the same fight? his footwork was exceptional

Footwork was average. Cody's strengths are his power, accuracy, hand speed, and chin. Attempting the Ali shuffle for taunting purposes does not imply exceptional footwork.

TS is a ultimate Jinxer whoever he puts in his signature or AV that fighter loses. I wonder who's pic or name he'll change?

When diaz and silva do it they are disrespectfull though right? lol racist cuz they aint white

you just have no idea what you are watching. you probably thinking moving your feet spastically like Dom is good footwork.
Cody showed great basic fundamental foot positioning which is what allows him to move his head and be in position to throw punches.

Cody's head movement was sensational all night, and then I had to watch Ronda afterwards for comparison..

Most of Cody is actually black. Look at his skin.

You said yourself Cody had basic fundamental foot positioning (so do most other fighters). Nothing really beyond that. He switched stances periodically and stayed square with Dom's multi angle attacks. In the end, Cody didn't need much footwork to win this. Cody's key to winning was controlling the distance by threatening with his insane punching power.

Eh I thought his footwork was pretty good especially considering who he was fighting. His feet were never in the wrong position for him to get tripped up and he was always in position to attack Cruz. Sure he didn't do big movements in and out but he was basically countering for much of the fight. He moved just enough to get out of the way of Cruz's punches or barely get tapped by them then throw heavy power shots in return. Cruz has made a lot of guys footwork look like shit because his movement is so unpredictable but Cody was on top of it the whole time.

Cody got in his head in the r1. It was obvious.

Suddenly Dom was thinking about Cody's antics. His instincts were gone, and he became "a guy trying to fight like Dominic Cruz" instead of using muscle memory and natural timing like usual.

Dom can't admit it because he cares more about his mental-strength (which failed) than being beaten in a fight due to meta-dynamics like range/distance.

Yeah those definitely weren't knockdowns. He simply lost his balance and fell down after being punched in the face. Makes sense.
