You've got a point, but I think he was trying to stay composed. He took a very disciplined approach to this fight, even with the taunting, and I think he didn't want to push too hard against Cruz. He stayed patient and it won him the fight, but at the cost of suppressing his killer instinct in a few key moments.

That's kind of how I saw it. He really didn't take a lot of risks at all. Outstanding, both poise and skill wise from a 25 year old fighting the best in the world.
