Coconut Sugar?

    Anyone tried this with their protein shakes? I am about to use plain protein powder without all the crap they put in it, thought this might be a good sweetener alternative being low glycemic. Stevia is SOOOO bitter.

    i like stevia as my sweetner. i use the truvia packs though which i think might have some malto or dextrose as a filler

    One thing I really like about the coconut sugar is its loaded with vitamins.

    Even if it's low-glycemic index, the fact that it's sugar still makes it "naughty" no?

    What's wrong w/ Splenda?

    splenda packs use malto as a filler so it has some sugar in there as well. i think maybe he doesn't want to use artificial sweetners though
