CNN/BR Article About Weight Cutting

Best MMA article I have read on Bleacher Report in..... well maybe forever. Very informative.
 
My coach isn't big on weight cutting luckily (More emphasis on low bodyfat and endurance).

He wants me to weight 152 to 154 on fight week to make 146lbs (Very easy cut, stop drinking water/food the night before weigh in's and then hit the sauna for a couple pound lost).

Being 6 to 8lbs over while having low bodyfat should give me a good balance of cardio and strength
 
Another reason to admire Mayweather (in b4 he is an ostentatious dolt) the guy only cuts 4-5lbs for his fights. Pretty sure I've heard him say (in one of those FightHype videos): ~"I like my kidneys and liver way too much and that is why I don't partake in that shit"
