The guy is 2/0 pro, 2/0 amateur. Check out Mickey Gall on YouTube. Good wrestling, strong, good skill. Punk is on the wrong end of 30 and his only advantage is best coaches money can buy and size as Mickey is 5'11, a muscular 5'11 so Punk only really has height. I really don't think this will be competitive.
 
Punk has beaten guys much more muscular like John Cena. This won't be a tough fight for him
