When I run in my cleats my foot cramps up very easily. Specifically, the muscles under the ankle bone. I tried gel insoles but they dont work. Also, Im flat footed and insteps dont work at all. Any help?

Are you running in cleats for a specific reason? They're not made for pavement. But it sounds like you might need to see a Doctor about it. There's not much you can do if you have collapsed arches or something.
