A Sloppy Joe's fart off would be sensational. I'd watch that.
 
Could the restaurant be sued for entrapment, as sloppy joes are known to contribute to fart production?
 
There should be a Florida stickie thread where we can consolidate, and celebrate, Florida's contribution in making other states/countries/planets look more sane.

I'm not entirely clear on the laws in Florida, but I think you're right.

My brother in law is an attorney and says "whoever smelt it, dealt it" is legal precedent in Florida, however that may be superseded by "he who denied it, supplied it", when allowed by the judge.
