i think the longer the fight goes, the better chance Gane has perhaps - because we havent seen Tom fight for too long. his overall cardio is still a mystery.
i can see Tom blitzing him early and either TKO-ing or subbing him

The problem is Gane doesnt have any power and cant put Tom away and might get taken down early. If he manages to keep it standing and Tom’s cardio happen to be bad, then he might win.

I’m picking Tom though.

People downplay it, but it seemed he was severely injured in his rematch with Volkov. He may have pulled off the robbery win, but he's taken a long time off. Either it worked and he's healed up or that he has a nagging injury that he may never look the same again. Hard fight to call.

I think if Gane looks loose on his feet and Aspinall can't take him down, he should have his way standing. But if it's the same Gane as his last fight, Aspinall should get an easy win.

I like this matchup. If Aspinall gets through Gane, the only guy left is Almeida and he's cleared the HW division besides rematches.
