hey guys
looking for some advice, new to MMA and going to start attending a class asap but in the mean time looking for a good circuit i can do in my gyms sports hall that would benefit in mma, incorperating weight loss, toning, general fitness, i dont want any punching, kicking involved as i can do that in the gym, but have lots of room for running, have got lots of dumbells, medicen balls, etc but no kettlebells,
anyone got any good suggestions?

yep, I have a medicine ball routine on my site. Fallowing that well get you toned up a bit.

Out side of that routine you could do some jump rope intervals or runninng or stairs.

thats part of the first chapter of my second book.

some people think it's alot, it'll give you a good work out, but thats my starter routine. It's a good over all routine, works the core and upper body mainly.
