Anyone else love this site as much as me? Might be old news to lots of people, but love almost everything they do. The "making of an AVGN episode" is good, and I love his Monster Madness reviews.

Been watching this guy for years. Plan on trying to see the movie when it comes to Denver this year. Monster Madness is probably the best thing he does.

After 2010, AVGN episodes are not funny. 2005-2009 best era. Now lame, maybe low T.

The stuff he's done regarding raising money for his movie. Asking for $75,000, hitting that mark then asking for $250,000, then $300,000. Then he started asking for free locations to shoot the movie and asked to borrow different things from people.... After they just gave him $300,000.

He's also done some weird stuff like deleting comments on YT, removing ratings and comments entirely when he didn't like what was being said. There was some hypocritical stuff going on there I guess, I can't remember the whole story.

And in general, he just seems a bit full of himself. I've watched him interact with people and I've heard stories of him being a complete dick. I also don't buy he's that much of a gamer. This is the same guy who claimed you couldn't use a controller on a computer or sit on a couch and get comfortable and made several more ignorant comments about the PC as a gaming platform.

So movie is crowd founded, I assumed he got deal with some distributor.

Like I mentioned earlier my vision for avgn episodes differ from his after 2010. His earlier works felt honest and natural, he was pissed off, curse etc. Now it feels fake and forced.

Also AVGN the movie based on trailers does not appeal to me.

Maybe I'm just getting old.

Watched him for years, funny dude. My favorite videos are Action 52, and the Nintendo Glove reviews.

I watched some of his old stuff but never kept up with it. Nostalgiad pretty hard on most of the stuff he talked about. I liked the board game shows he did and that Motherfucking Mike guy was funny in small doses.

I saw his Top 15 Transformer Moments posted the other day. That was pretty good.

I check the site about once a week. I think AVGN vids used to be funnier, but still generally like the content.

I think its great to watch and funny but its getting a bit old. i still watch tho so i shouldnt complain.

The Silver Surfer video is amazing. It's one of those few videos of his where it feels like the rage is actually genuine.
