I have a question, does any one here train at the Church street boxing gym I heard they have a good Mt program 5x week thatis much less than the regular MT gyms in NYC. If anyone has nfo on these places please give some feed back.
I apologize for all these threads, but I am really seeking a good Vale tudo gym or MT gym with a good price in NYC so I want opinions of people who have experiances with these clubs. Thank
