The Ferritas robbed these guys. They shouldn't be fighting. The UFC pocked soo much money off these guys, that's why WME bought in the first place. Pay a bunch of guys nothing and take most of the money. What a great business. Until the fighters say pay me. like they are now. Poor WME

Dana pocketed a lot of money too, so he should be ashamed. He knows Chuck took the UFC from nothing to something. PPV can't even show what he did for the UFC.

1 Georges St-Pierre 9,250,000
2 Anderson Silva 8,395,000
3 Brock Lesnar 6,480,000
4 Conor McGregor 6,475,000
5 Jon Jones 5,080,000
6 Rashad Evans 5,015,000
7 Chuck Liddell 4,684,000
8 B.J. Penn 4,635,000
9 Ronda Rousey 4,490,000
10 Rampage Jackson 3,960,000

BJ and Page shouldn't be fighting either. They made a little % and the Ferritas took the rest. scam.

And Dana Talks shit on GSP? dude, he sold a half of billion dollars in just PPV sales for the UFC. Be grateful for the Goat. Dana should kiss his feet everytime he sees GSP

Jon Jones isn't even top 5

get out of here w your fake news. Im not talking abt Averages or Boxing fights. I'm talking about the UFC and how much you sold. The money you brought in.

And you're including events they didn't headline. full of fake news. Can I include every event Rashad has ever fought on towards his Numbers? lol full of fake news

Ummm.... I don't think you understand on how not being a moron works.

how do you know that theyre fighting because they need money? bj penn keeps coming back, not because he needs the money, but because he's a fighter. fighters like to fight. some just miss the spotlight.

Rashad had no business being in the same cage as smith.
I really like Smith and think he’s a hell of a fighter.
Rashad shouldn’t be fighting big devastating strikers like that.

Please, this is how I know most of you guys are UFC employees or just so brainwashed.

Chuck is fighting for one reason and one reason only, Money.

It's true, they got screwed. There's the idea that the ufc was stronger as a brand then, and now it's all about individual star-power, but it always relied on star power. It was just less noticeable because they had more of it. When they had liddell, couture, gsp, penn, hughes, griffin, jackson etc. all on their roster, fighting multiple times a year, it wasn't so hard to consistently sell ppvs, and they pretended like it was all the company's doing.

Now it's obvious how bad dana always relied on the fighters themselves (and spike tv) for promotion, so in retrospect, Chuck could have demanded more. And to be fair to dana, I think the ufc did send him and hughes monthly cheques before they got bought by wme

If they don't fight, they don't get paid.
I read this in Dana White's voice. Made me laugh.

"If they don't fight, they don't get paid. I don't know what else there is to say (confused, exasperated look) -Dana White

Chuck and Rashad have made many millions. They should be set for life.

Many fighters, or athletes in general, don't plan ahead and act like they will have the same income every year for the rest of their lives.

Rashad had no business being in the same cage as smith.
I really like Smith and think he’s a hell of a fighter.
Rashad shouldn’t be fighting big devastating strikers like that.
Yeah they couldn't have gifted him a better retirement fight? Anthony Smith is a beast. And even when he lost to Santos he showed a crazy chin. Also he is 29. They should have gave him a fading guy like they did with Faber vs. Pickett.

They’re the morons that sign their deals. Just like you’re the moron with these stupid threads.

WAR Dana.

UFC pays as little as they can possibly do. They don't give one fuck about any fighter unless they are a huge PPV draw.

In b4 UFC needs a “Masters” division

While i agree, many times the fighter wants a top up and comer as they are hoping to get one big win that might get them one more big money fight.

Does anyone know if Rashad said this guy was going to be his last fight, win or lose prior?

Injuries after his fight with Chael and he was never the same...and Bader wasn't an easy tune up fight. Bader has a real chance at becoming champ champ in Bellator. Then Glover when he was in good form. Then he tried Middleweight. I think Rashad was confident he would get the W. He always seemed to be confident and he may have felt sharp in camp. Also he seemed like he didn't want to give up fighting. He had a great run maybe he wins that fight and he fights Machida again if that is even a money fight. Casuals wouldn't remember.
