Yeah, people like you and the TS.
Weidman won the title almost four and a half years after his pro debut. Jones won the belt fewer than three years after his. Weidman beat Silva when he was 29. Jones has been champ since he was 23. Failure to take those numbers into account makes this entire subject a farce.
It doesnt matter when he took his pro debut, what matters is how much time he has been training MMA and thats less than 3 years. He has gone through 5 different surgeries in his career already. Its just ridiculous how much he has accomplished while facing that kind of adversity.
But the amount of time that Jones was training with a real camp before all of his milestone accomplishments is irrelevant, right?
Jones was still getting his striking tips from Youtube at the time that he made his debut and didn't start training with Jackson until he'd already won four fights. He was champ only a year and a half after he went to Albuquerque.
Thanks for letting us know your opinion is worthless.
Weidman has better knockout power and defeated one of the best strikers MMA has ever seen on the feet. His boxing is also more technical.
Wanna reformulate that sentence?
