    Duffin is a powerhouse. He doesn't even have a neck...It's all torso.

    Loved his deadlift video with Mark Bell. Good teacher, very direct with no bullshit, and a little comedy added into the mix.

    Looks like he wrapped his thighs...No clue if it's for keeping the muscles tight or keep them good and warm. I'm assuming either or both.

    If they catch between your core and thighs in the hole they could feasibly help pull you out of it maybe, idk, if they're stretchy like knee wraps

    Chris apologized later.

    The squat from multiple angles (was) looked close, I don’t think it was outrageously inappropriate to bring it up. Maybe a little crass in the post that did it lol..

    It’s SD... if it were anything less I’d be disappointed.
