I need a telescopic chinup bar. The kind that wedges itsself into the door frame. I cant screw it in, and I need to be able to adjust the height for inverted rows. Ive seen a few cheap ones but I was wondering if there are any better quality ones. Ones less likely to fall down.

Golds gym makes a nice all in one system. You attach it to the door frame for pull ups, put it on the ground for push ups, and I think it comes with the hanging strap for abs or you mail in a rebate. Dicks sporting goods has it for around $50

If you have a ross or TJ max in you area check it out...I have gotten many people pull-up bars from good companies for half price.

Space is my biggest problem right now. How do suspension trainers work? Do you fit them around door frames?

As far as bars go, how does this one look?

Yeah, you just anchor it in a door jamb. You can also put by around a solid object like a tree branch or somethig like that. Super easy, compact, portable.

I have a jungle gym suspension trainer and hung it from my pull bar (an iron gym one that hangs from the door jam. Before I bought the jungle gym I just tied two lengths of rope to the pull up bar and used that. Both set ups worked fine for me.
