80-85% is pretty good, specially if its cheaper and easier to distribute than the Pfizer vaccine that requires superfreezing.

Depends alot on the environment as well of course, alot of countries probably just won't have the resources and infrastructure to deliver the Pfizer vaccine although I wouldn't be surprised if more well off Chinese went with it.

China is still quite a rural country, much as the cities have ground you have large amounts of the population well away from decent health infratrcture.
