Allot of what you are saying is true. I also agree with
@V-2 that the US is on a more isolationist path.
With that said, the external threat to Western dominance, will also be a unifying factor. The EU and America's together are still a juggernaut of unparalleled power.
In many ways this is akin to how Western allied SE Asian countries will be forced to ally to counter China's rising influence.
Necessity will drive a multi polar world.
multipolar world ineveitable. EU, will eventually expand i am sure maybe not have UK but will have most of the balkans and eventually probably one day norway. Think switzerland continues to stay neutral. The Eurasian union will sooner or later have uzbekistan, tajikistan, azerbaijan, and likely georgia, moldova, and later turkmenistan. Eventually if the EU does not include Ukraine (which would be extremely costly, Ukraine is worse off then romania now and is demographically screwed in many ways, economically, and radical ukrainian nationalists in western ukraine have expansionist or hardcore ethno nationalist sentiments if anything they would join poland, czech republic, hungary, and slovakia in countering the pro african blacks, muslims, and arabs multiculturalism that the EU via Germany and france seem to promote. My prediction is Ukraine will split in half roughly and form a new pro Russian country OR eventually Kiev will run out of money trying to supress half the population and trying to take back and stop all insurgent movements in eastern ukraine and ukrainians who on fence will finally ask themselves ´

The current trajectory of Ukraine is horrible unless they are given tens of billions and the EU takes over and rebuilds the entire country. So i predict they will split as country or the entire country will go toward eurasian union.
And then Iran... only thing preventing Iran in eurasian union now is the Islamic clerics leading the country. If Iran was secular officially like Azerbaijan they would already be in the CIS. Iran already moving to move to free trade zone with Eurasian union.
In south America there the union of south american countries. But right now they are fighting... Light green is suspended members. Long story short the Light green countries are right wing led, and are strong US allies (Brazil is turning back to US now that the socialists are gone). So Argentina, Brazil led the way to take themselves out and their allies (colombia, peru, chile, paraguay) because they claim that it is run by corruption. Venezuela and bolivia (anti US axis) and sort of Ecuador....

Venezuelan ALBA group includes cuba, nicaragua, grenada, basically bunch of small weak countries that dont like the US because past things. The only other south american countries in the venezuelan ALBA alliance is bolivia (land locked) and ecuador.
So bolivia days are numbered and i suspect so is ecaudor. Venezuela will to eventually fall is my guess as will cuba one day. Hard to be powerful when you are surrounded, broke poor, and have not religious, or hardcore ideological racial and or ethnic reason to be against those who surround you. I mean i guess bolivia could play up the large native population but that would not really do much. The direction of South america is always going be dependent on who has power in argentina, brazil, and sort of colombia. Obvious the oil rich venezuela would matter more if not for severe sanctions and economic chaos making the country very unproductive right now.
So that 5 other major union trade blocks to rival US and G7.... South america, eurasian, ASEAN, Chinese led domination of east asia inevitable, and EU as it moves from US in time. I think if Mexico was smart it would do something with all the central american and Caribbean countries. Because mexico i dont think would ever be treated well in some union with the US.
They are not best places to live if you have different values and ideology that is against the liberalism and secular values they promote.
