Money is a plus, with or without human rights. That's how the world works. Companies and countries don't give two shits about human rights and working conditions as long as there's profit.
You think countries that joined this trade bloc doesn't know about China's record on human rights? They don't give a shit. There's money involved. Now if US wants to counter that, it needs to cough up more cash or better trade deals.

For countries to join sanctions, the benefits would have to outweigh the risks. I'm glad you recognize there's too much money involved for containment to work. Murica needs a new Marshall Plan and drastically increase foreign aid to compete. The question is where you're going to get that money and political will.
