This isn't too much of a subjective thing actually.
The only person in US politics that i currently now, that is relatively leftist - but even then, definitely a leftist social democrat and not an actual socialist - would be Bernie Sanders.
A real socialist would be someone like MLK Jr., Noam Chomsky, Michael Parenti, Angela Davis or Fred Hampton.

This is not going to be my most well reasoned post but does anyone else find it hypocritical that a guy personally responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands and literally destroyed millions of other lives is saying Trump is a threat to our country? Trump is unprofessional and brags a lot. Overall his policies helped the country. Cheney literally sent thousands of our guys to their deaths left tens of thousands of other Americans maimed for life and killed hundred of thousands of Iraqis to. How does he have any room to criticize Trump? Anyone else feel the same way?
