Not much he can do, with the way the division stands. Nelson is on a nice winning streak, and Kongo wants to ascend in the ranks. Sounds perfectly logical to me.

This. Nelson is on the verge of getting into the title picture and Kongo is a marginal gate keeper at best. Still would be an entertaining fight though.
