Alight, I've been stupid busy with work lately and just not able to lift consistently. The PTTP thing I've been doing kind of relies on consistency, so I'm gonna change it up and run Pavel/Dan Johns 40 day program. Workouts will have a little more volume so if the frequency is lower I'll still get some work in. Not lifting on a schedule, just when I get time, but I'm shooting for at least twice a week.
