Broomfield fans have to be a little disappointed in the lack of star power. Card will be crapped on, and certainly has minimal divisional relevancy, other than the headliner between two highly regarded, offensive minded welterweights (who of who has two UFC fights and has been on the shelf for 15 months). Will certainly have one of the lowest fighter payrolls in recent memory.

That being said there are some nice matchups up and down the card.

Skelly loves those short notice fights, for sure.

I like both these guys, should be a good fight. I'll take Skelly in a grinding affair

People will be mad that there's not a lot of name value, but there some great matchups here. I'm still looking forward to it.

And yes this card is awesome. The fact that Wonderboy/Thatch is main event is so cool. And the Magny/Strasser fight is great as well. Same with Holloway/Miller. That Kelly/Walsh fight will be scrappy as hell while it lasts too. Every fight on this card is scrappy

Skelly has looked pretty good so far, especially in his last two bouts.

Holloway vs. Miller is another very underrated bout. Good test for both, will be very interesting if Miller can get Holloway to the ground. Though I expect Holloway to use his high volume striking to dictate pace. Miller really shined in a similiar spot a couple of years ago when he finished a rising prospect in Ross Pearson.

I've trained with Alers before, he is a class act and down to earth guy. Hope he can pull off a submission here.

Daaaamn i like that fight. Alers is a good prospect and we've already seen how crafty Skelly is on the ground.

I'm taking Skelly, but Alders looks like he could pull off the win.

Good scrap. Good card, it should have a lot of exciting fights. I'm glad at least another fight got added. 10 fights on one card was not enough

Let's be real the card is probably one of the worst in ufc history on paper. I don't really understand thatch vs wonderboy as a main event either. I mean I love the fight personally but I'm a hardcore fan I don't think casuals even know who they are.

Now that's a damn good short-notice fight with implications, winner becomes a serious prospect at 145lbs...both are already, I suppose.

    Rooting for Alers.
