it's the wrong mindset to have IMO. When you lose, either in a fight or at anything in life, you should be studying it ASAP to see what went wrong, what you could've done better, what you can take from it moving forward to make yourself better. Not burying your head in the sand and pretending it didn't happen. The best competitors learn a lot from their losses (i.e. GSP after 1st Serra fight)
